DetailsThe copper ale is a great middle of the road beer. It's not dark, it's not light, it's not overly bitter yet hops are noticed. The name of this beer is derived from the rich copper color from the beer that is reminiscent of the traditional copper brewing kettles.
Ingredients: 10 lbs. Domestic 2-Row barley, 8 oz Bonlander Munich, 2 oz. Roasted Barley, 6 oz. Caramel 80L, hops, priming sugar, and yeast.

It has no bitter notes from the grains and the hops are mellow. I mashed at 154* to give it some sweetness...turned out great!June 2, 2013A nice, rich beerThis beer was very good. It does finish a little sweet (at least mine did). It has a rich malty flavor, but not heavy by any means. I'm giving it some cellar time to see if it changes at all.June 10, 2013This is one I always keep on tapI brew it regularly and it always comes out well. Its a clear , full malt flavored tasty beer with a nice head. Visitors are always happy with it._x000D_October 22, 2013Nice crisp brew!I brewed this all-grain batch up in November 2014 and it turned out really good.
