5.0 / 5.01 ReviewAn interesting flavorHallertau has a very interesting flavor profile, sometimes more akin to a cigar than a typical hop. With some of the typical hop pollen flavor, it has notes of cedar and leather. Some black pepper and stone fruit notes complete the profile. Most hallertau varieties have some Mittelfruh heritage, but there is some flavor difference.June 14, 2014
