New for the Brewer's Collection!
Midwest is proud to present two new recipe kits! We personally worked with the brewers behind these beers to create the kits - and it's been a blast. We toured breweries, exchanged emails, drafted recipes, ran trial batches, tweaked the recipes and brewed them again. We did everything we could to nail down these kits until we were happy with the results!
In a few words, we've been busy brewing. Now it's time to share the fruit of our labor with you.
Libertine Imperial Red Rye Ale from Fulton Brewery is a full bodied malt forward libation, with just the right amount of hop character. Rye malt adds a twist to this animal, and with an ABV approaching 8% this beer is sure to please. We were thrilled to work with Fulton crew on this brew. We think you will find it as intoxicating as we did.
West Side Belgian IPA from Minneapolis' Harriet Brewing is an eclectic ale brewed to balance the brightest West Coast hops with a prolific Belgian yeast strain. It pours light copper with a vigorous white head. Subtle malt gives way to a fruity, citrusy, and slightly spicy aroma and flavor. Light bodied, effervescent.
Brew these up for yourself and enjoy!
