Shop for Apollo hop pellets, a great bittering hop for your home brewed beers. This is a great bittering hop with alpha acids that top 18%! The aroma is spicy and earthy. It can also be added late in the boil to impart grapefruit notes.
Please use with caution I definitely overused! This hop variety has potential of being amazing if used sparingly where as I used 6 oz in a 90 min boil India Red Ale as my bittering hop which gave an oniony/soapy taste.
