This wine has fine aromas of black cherries and fresh strawberries. The French oak produces silky tannins while subtle notes of pepper and spice round out the experience.

Pinot review
I am still in the process of making this wine, after the initial fermentation, while putting into secondary, i did give it a taste and was very pleased. I always age mine for at least a year and am looking forward to see how it taste when done

Best Pinot Nior I’ve ever made
Just what my taste in a eloquent Pinot noir. Should be.
Fruity, yet with a delicate silky body.
Too many are insipid or are trying to be a Cabernet.
Just ordered another!

I am still clarifying this batch of wine, so I can’t comment on taste yet. However, the kit is very easy to use, and as usual, Midwest Supplies Support Team has been outstanding answering questions.

Have made every Pinot Noir Kit from most kit manufacturers including all the high end kits.
On average I ferment about 4-5 of these kits a year. ……it never disappoints.
This kit (RJS BC Pinot is by far the best buy for your $$. A definite crowd pleaser to all my family and friends who have tried it !
