Chocolate malt for porters and stouts and dark lagers. This Chocolate malt will give your beer a warm, nutty, chocolate-like flavor. Just a few ounces in a batch will impart a slight brown color. The chocolate flavor is very complementary when used in higher percentages (up to 1 lb of the grain bill for a 5-gallon batch).

Easy to use and good flavor. Pre-cracked and ready to steep.
I'm new to all this, yes, I just woke up & decided I was going to start brewing my own beer, & I'm so glad I did! I just drank one of the most incredible "Nut Brown Ale's" I've ever tasted!! & I brewed it!! Thanks MWS!
we use 5-6 percent of grain bill to our english ale for a touch of sweetness.
Great grain at an unbeatable price. Just used it in an Imperial Stout.
I used this to add flavor to my second batch of Beer, Simply Beer stout. I think I needed to double the amount or remove some hops. It's possible I didn't let the beer age long enough to get the full flavor. But it was good.
