Captivating flavours of green apple and tropical fruit enhance an upfront floral bouquet in this medium-bodied golden wine. It will develop to reveal layers of ripe fruit and integrated oak.

Real nice chardonnay. Great flavor.
This is a mild version of Chardonnay but that could be, perhaps, because I purposefully omitted the oak chips. Chilled, it's refreshing on a warm summer day. Mild citrusy notes. I like it. A good, every day offering.
It’s ok,not very flavorful
At this writing, I have had only a small sample. It’s great! I’m about four weeks away from bottling. But the early result is really great. All the RJS Cru kits I’ve made so far re really wonderful. The kit instructions are easy to follow, ingredients are complete and simple to use. I will probably seek these kits out, exclusively, in the future. Cheers!
Bottled this on November 10th. I pulled a glass from the secondary to taste on bottling day. It needs some age. I ended up with 27 full bottles and one half bottle. I opened the half bottle last night (Nov 19th). I'm kind of bummed that it is significantly sweeter than I expected. It ended at about 12.5% ABV and I was hoping for a more classic dry Chardonnay. I am going to let it age in the bottle for a few months and then try it again. From bottling day to last night, I can say it has already mellowed out a bit. I am hopeful that this will round out into a delicious bottle of wine. My wife enjoyed it, so that's something.
