Been using this for years. Always been my first choice. Never had a issue. I do my ciders in the basement at around 65 degrees.

I'm getting back into brewing but only ciders. The West 4677 yeast works wonderfully. I tend to let my ciders carboy longer than most and this product lends to keeping a nice fruity taste.
