Regular Clamp for 5/16" Auto Siphons

[Clamp] works OK, but the [siphon] itself can tilt and slide along the bottom of the container. Clamp needs to be longer to more steadily hold the siphon.

I ignored this thing for a couple of years until a messy accident at the point where you need to "siphon vigorously" to drive off Co2. When working solo, this clamp is like having a third hand in the racking process. A very handy gadget.

Such a small item, but a great one if you want your hands free while letting your siphon do the work. Does its job perfectly. Snap it on the tube, lower the tube in the wine, slide down and clip on the carboy. Still able to slide/adjust the tube lower into the carboy without stirring up unwanted sediment, to get to the last good clear ounces of your wine.

I was bottling from a small mouth bubbler, and this was a big help in keeping the siphon above the trub.

Clamp works best with 6.5 gallon buckets, not quite as well with a standard 5 gallon food grade bucket.
