This was the one gallon kit. The kit was complete except for bottle caps. The beer was easy to brew and fermented well. The test of the brew this week was enjoyable. The beer is crisp and flavorful. A nice winter brew.

This is my first attempt to make any beer. Instructions were easy to follow and when the beer was ready it tasted great. Better than I thought it would come out.
