This off-dry wine has bold tropical fruits on the palate and a lovely smooth finish. Our proprietary Finishing Blend Pack, combined with elderflowers creates a softly structured, floral wine with balanced crisp acidity.
Literally translated, Gewürztraminer means “spiced Traminer” identifying its lineage in the Traminer grape family. Originating in Germany, the Gewürztraminer’s homeland lies in the foothills of the Alps. Like the Pinot Grigio, this pink grape grows really well in cooler climates. Alsace is now the world’s largest Gewürztraminer producer, but it is also grown throughout the world.

The kit came from Midwest Supplies in very good condition. I’ve only just begun fermentation but so far all is as it should be and I’m expecting some very nice wine in a few weeks.

What a great wine, easy to make and it came out sooooo much better then other Gewurztraminer I have made in the past. Will definitely make this kit again, new house favorite!

Easy kit but too dry for us
Instructions were very clear and this is one of the easier kits we've done. Unfortunately, the flavor was too dry for our taste (compared to other Gewurztraminers we've had).
The kit came from Midwest Supplies in very good condition. I’ve only just begun fermentation but so far all is as it should be and I’m expecting some very nice wine in a few weeks.
