A Refreshing Wine Cooler

The Green Apple Riesling Wine Kit was easy and fun to make. Included instructions were for a one gallon wine kit but the six gallon wine kit instructions were found at the Midwest website. The finished wine is drinkable upon bottling. At 6.04% ABV, it is a light, refreshing and very slightly sweet wine. A refreshing chilled white wine cooler to help beat the Texas heat this summer. My friends agree!

This a tasty, light, and relaxing wine

This a tasty, light, and relaxing wine. I enjoy making it as much as I do drinking it. Great for Summer sipping.

A few glitches

This kit came with instruction for a 1 gallon kit, but Midwest was fast to get me new instructions.
The Fruit Essence kit that is added just before bottling, added a haziness to my beautifully clear wine, and sediment to the bottles.
We have unbottled, put back into a carboy to let clear again, and will rebottle.
Had a great taste already- will be amazing when finished.

Kit came with instructions for a 1 gallon kit... luckily the instructions are also above in case you lost yours. So it's all good... No idea how the wine tastes yet, Still checking the instructions before I move it to secondary... :)

The 6 gal. green apple kit that I ordered had directions for 1 gal. kit. Fortunately I had the directions from a Master Vintner kit I had done last year. All of the supplies were for the larger kit so everything worked out. It’s in the clearing process now and looks good!
