Italian Sangiovese Wine Kit - Master Vintner® Winemaker's Reserve®

I have made this wine several times and it always gets great praise from all. It is best after about four months but really great after a year. I have found master vintner kits to be the best.

One of my shipments was lost by UPS and Midwest promptly replaced it no questions asked even before the claim was settled with UPS. They have a great product and their customer service is exemplary.

Probably our favorite wine kit. Even better with age.

1st time using this kit - everything included and, the directions were clear, descriptive, and easy to follow.
1st fermentation week ws very active - could smell throughout the home and the 6L vessel sounded like a barrel of Rice Crispies. The yeast nutrient is a new step for me but I followed the directions to a "T". After allowing for the 14 day fermentation I allowed a typical 28 day clearing - racked to the glass carboy. My batch is clearing now and will be bottled next week - then a 90 day aging (min). I usually give bottles as gifts (I still have some in the rack dating back to 2018), and they're even better!

Easy recipe and very good quality. This was the third time ordered and have not been disappointed. Gets better with age..
