Just transferred Wine to Carboy. Now the waiting begins! Juice appeared to be very good quality. Plenty of oak chips included. I have no doubt this will be a good one next year🍇🍷

This is our second batch with this wine kit. We enjoy making Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon, but this Italian Valpola wine was a great wine! It has a sweet and fruity start with a clean smooth finish. All our friends encouraged us to make more!
