Master Vintner® Moscato makes 6 gallons of soft, luscious wine, with a rounded finish of tropical and stone fruit that begs for another sip. Fresh and vibrant, this white wine has aromas of dried fruit, pineapple, white grape, and lychee--it's a virtual fruit salad in a glass!

Looking for the perfect pairing? Melon wrapped in prosciutto works on two levels:

• The melon showcases the acidity behind the lush fruit
• The sweetly savory prosciutto highlights the perfumed fruity sweet notes

Melon not quite your speed? How about about scallops sautéed in butter for a similar effect.

Playing on the themes of acid and fruit, consider sliding some peach slices into individual glasses, topping with Muscat and then chill for an hour to create a fabulous treat. Take it to a whole new level of decadence with an accompaniment of Danish blue cheese.

Serve quite cool (45-50F) for a refreshing and zesty experience, or use as a base for white Sangria for a real crowd pleaser.
