The fruit in this wine begs to be complemented and challenged. Looking for the perfect pairing? Melon wrapped in prosciutto works on two levels:
- The melon showcases the acidity behind the lush fruit.
- The sweetly savory prosciutto highlights the perfumed fruity sweet notes.

I used this to make 8 gallons of moscato/chamomile pyment. I just bottled it a few weeks ago. It came out very nice; like a lullaby in a bottle.
The kit was fine; however, each time I have ordered the is kit, it has been different. The first time it came with an Fpak sweetening kit. The second time, an Fpak and elderberry leaves. This time, without Fpak or leaves. Back sweetening is a difficult thing to perform when the kit doesn’t include it and a Moscato needs sweetening.
I've been brewing for over 10 years and made Moscato kits 8 or 9 times. It's one of my favorites. I was very disappointed that the Master Vintner Moscato did not come with an f-pac to back sweeten. I've talked to dozens of friends and wine makers and none of them have ever heard of a dry Moscato. It doesn't make sense that they include sorbate in the kit as you do not need sorbate if you are not back sweetening. It's just another chemical that could throw off the flavor of the wine and is not necessary. I won't be purchasing Master Vintner products again.
I had 4lbs of frozen Concord grapes so I used this moscato as a base to create a sweet red(Rosé). We sampled at the clearing & degassing stage & found the flavor very pleasing. Thinking this will be a great wine to share with our friends.
in the clearing stage it really cleared very nice and after speaking to one of your employee,s about back sweetening it taste amazing thank you
