Light to medium bodied, this dry wine shows lime, pear, mango, and stone fruit notes, good minerality and hints of honey and almond in the finish. Great with lighter dishes: snapper, sea bass, oysters or salads with goat cheese.

Added 8-oz. of commercial west-coast wildflower honey to primary fermenter to support 7 gallons of finished wine. Early assessments of bottled product are good to excellent, marred only by demurrals of the high (15%) alcohol content. Unlike many earlier attempts, this batch clarified to a crystal-clear honey yellow.
There are a lot more steps involved in this Pinot Grigio than the Chardonnay I finished a couple of months ago. I just bottled yesterday so haven't drank much of it yet. So far so good.
yes I would recommend it over the other kits available. the directions are very complete and easy to follow
