Increases ABV without adding any significant flavor. Dries out beer and gives it a lighter body with a very light flaked rice taste. No mash needed, just put it in the boil and it dissolves quickly. Wish they would sell it in a 5lb bag.

It is a very difficult thing to review a product like rice syrup. It did the job as expected. Midwest on the other hand did a great job at getting the whole order to me quickly and safely. The only thing I have an issue with (and not just Midwest) is the grain production estimates at 100%. I use a very broad calculator system that has (I assume) industry standard sugar production data but when I used the grains I got it showed my production way lower than I usually get. With most similar grains I've used I get around 80% to 85% but the reading were closer to 65%. It would be nice to see the 100% expected. Sorry off topic of Rice Syrup Solids. This was as expected

Yes believe it or not I used this to make this buds for you recipe which turned out great will use this for an upcoming wedding in which the groom said mostly my friends drink Bud and Bud light however I will also provide a chocolate milk stout yum!
