A massive planting of Riesling grapes at Schloss Johannisberg in 1720 contributed to Germany becoming the Riesling capital that it is today. Clean, crisp, and slightly fruity, this German-style wine is full of flavor with an intense aroma.

The Riesling wine looks good and taste good
Dry with fruit notes. Tastes refreshing with no off after tastes some whites have. Just recently bottled expect it to be even better in a few months.
Great kit. Great details and everything labeled well. It is brewing right now and the results look great. Thanks for your help. Pat

Just bottled this batch of Riesling, so have not had any yet. But we have made it before and it is wonderful. At a neighborhood wine tasting, no one could determine what it was! They all agreed it was a 10. Thats why we made it again,
It's a good wine. I've made it twice now. Isn't too sweet, which is a plus. I wish it had more of the 'petrol' taste that some reislings have though. Will have to see if that develops over time.
