Great yeast for my honey lager
I have used the Saflager 34-70 many times, always ferments at low temp.
the beer has great flavor. I always start dry yeast several hours prior to pitching.

I've had good luck with it in the past but I brewed Saturday and it's Wednesday and there is still no activity
Easy to store and use. I have used this yeast to make excellent Czech, German, Classic American Pilsner lagers as well as Helles and Oktoberfest lagers.
