This Bordeaux style yeast strain produces a distinctive, intense berry graham cracker nose, jammy, rich, very smooth complex profile, slightly vinous. Well suited for higher sugar content musts. Recomended for: French Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Petite Syrah, Rioja, and Valdepenas.

Wyeast packages seem to be perfect and activate easily very simple to use if you follow directions closely ,everything worked great, this is the first use for me and I will definitely will use again, I used this on Merlot wine and will have a final decision in a year.
