Aroma and flavor

Well packaged, so they are kept fresh. I like using them as both aroma hops at 3 minutes, and flavor hops at 15 minutes.

Good, but not quite as good as teh German version

They have a nice earthy spicy flavor and aroma. Not as good as the German version, but still good. The bittering is smooth, and its well suited for wheat beers and lagers.

Very aromatic

Its surprisingly fragrant, with a spicy aroma. I used in in a Warsteiner clone, thinking that half an ounce wouldn't be noticeable, but it is. The German version is even more fragrant._x000D_

Low alpha acid

These have a great flowery aroma and a very good taste. It less strong than other hops and goes well in the German Lagers I brew.

Use these hops in lagers and wheat beers, especially for their aroma.

Good taste and great aroma. It has a flowery smell that is pleasant, but not over powering. I added them after flame out so the aroma wouldn't be boiled off._x000D_I use these hops in lagers and wheat beers, especially for their aroma._x000D_
