US Vanguard Pellet Hops
I use Vanguard for its herbal citrus aroma for my wheat beers. I add it at 175F and let it sit for 30 minutes, and also dry hop with it.
Mild flowery aroma, goes well in a Munich Helles. I use a hop back to infuse the aroma so it doesn't evaporate. It's a higher AA hop and will add bitterness if you do a long hop stand at high temperatures._x000D_
It has a mild flowery smell. I like to dry hop with it for 3 days right before bottling._x000D_I use it in Munich Helles and Pilsners.
