I brew English Browns, southern style, less bitter, sweeter and a bit higher on the ABV than the norm, around 6% to 7%.This has become my number 1 base malt in three of my most brewed ales!Consistent in taste and performance in all 5 batches I used it in.I'm going to try some in a sweet stout recipe next, I recommend this grain to anyone who likes English Browns Ales!
