I love your recipes, but am confused about when to stir and how long to stir when yeast is working.

Good everyday wine

Easy to process and has a reliable consistency from batch to batch.

Hard to mess up.

I brew meade and that can be a fussy experience. I saw the chardonnay kit that made 6 gallons (perfect for my wife) and gave it a go.
Nothing could be easier. If you are new to brewing, just follow the directions. Make sure you have what you need ahead of time and you will end up with a very acceptable wine. I thought i would put some away for a year or so but it looks like I'll be making another batch before that happens.
Nice, easy kit
