White Lab's WLP618 NA All Day is a unique non-conventional yeast strain, Saccharomycodes ludwigii, specifically chosen for its low ethyl acetate production. It enables brewers to craft high-quality non-alcoholic and low-alcohol beers while preserving aroma and body.

This maltose-negative strain does not ferment maltose or complex sugars, only fermenting glucose, sucrose, and fructose. As a result, it delivers a significantly lower alcohol content while maintaining balance and flavor, making it an excellent choice for NA beer production.
