This is a lovely kit and really produces a delicious wine in about a month. It tasted so good right at the bottling stage, I am excited to see what it tastes like in a few months (if it lasts that long). Tip: bottle these smaller kits in demi-size (375 mL) bottles. It is worth it to get 10 smaller bottles, versus 5 large/regular ones. The added perk of that approach is that you can serve people individual bottles if they don't like whatever other wine(s) you have open at a social event.
Excellent! I made it two times and fantastic results both times.
Priced right for a beginner to try, and not fear making a mistake. Convenient as a gift.
worked out well
very easy to make, great instructions. Right now it is clearing in a carboy.
