DetailsWyeast developed this blend of vitamins, nitrogen compounds, minerals, zinc and amino acids to help you ensure that fermentation starts quickly and ferments completely. Results in a reduced lag time, more consistent attenuation, and better yeast germination. Add 1/8 teaspoon per pint for a yeast starter, or 1/2 teaspoon per five gallons of wort. Dissolve Wyeast Nutrient in warm water. Add solution to kettle 10-15 minutes prior to end of boil.
