Returns & Replacements

The customer is always right. That is our motto at Midwest. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items for an exchange or receive a refund for purchase price (less shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date, with original receipt. Packages must have a Return authorization number (RA#) or they will be returned to sender. If you receive a damaged item in your original shipment, please notify us first before taking any action and keep all packaging materials.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we have made an error in shipment or an item arrives damaged or defective. In the event of a shipment error or a damaged/defective item, Midwest Supplies will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only, and only for returns made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please contact us if your defective merchandise is less than $10.00 in value; returning the merchandise may not be necessary.

Shipping

We are happy to offer our "Saver" shipping option every day, and most of our customers do choose that option for qualifying orders. Many of our products are custom built with unique components or made on demand to guarantee freshness. The extra time we take to process “Saver" shipping allows us to provide a low cost option for those who do not have a specific brew day scheduled.

*Heavyweight, Dimensional weight items, or those requiring special handling are excluded from "Saver" shipping.
*Ineligible items are indicated on their specific product pages.
*If an ineligible item is added to your cart, that item will be subject to normal shipping rates.
*"Saver" Shipping does not apply to addresses in Hawaii or Alaska.

Want delivery of your product in a rush or on a specific day? Choose the “Premium” or one of the expedited shipping options instead and we’ll expedite your order. Either way, we will provide you with a delivery date range and send you an email to track your order as soon as your package ships.

Orders over $150 Ship FREE. Please note that this FREE shipping rate applies to our "Saver Ground" option only. See the expected delivery date window in your shopping cart or checkout.

This promotional Shipping rate applies online only and excludes Blichmann Products, Wine Recipe Kits, Picobrew, 1000 Count Sacks of Corks, Bulk Sacks of Grain and DME, 6 Packs of LME, Barrels, Demijohns, Bulk Soda Extract, and 10 or more cases of Wine or Beer Bottles. Inclusion of any of these items will result in standard shipping rates applying to your entire order. Offer applies only to the lower 48 states. Offer does not apply to bulk orders or orders requiring pallet or LTL shipment


Ship to Store

Pick up your online order at our St. Louis Park retail store with Ship to Store.

Please Note: Orders placed between Friday - Sunday will not arrive at retail until the following Monday afternoon.

Using ship to store is easy, just select "Ship to Store" during checkout as your shipping method. Once you select Ship to Store, select the Saint Louis Park retail location. Customer Service will email you in 1-3 business days when your order is ready to be picked up. You will need to bring a photo ID, the Order Confirmation email, or the Ready for Pick Up email to pick up your order.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. No CODs. Company purchase orders must be paid in advance.

Payment by personal check or money order may delay shipment if your order is not placed by telephone. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. Personal checks, once received, may be held to verify funds before the order is shipped. In order to determine shipping charges, customers paying by check or money order should call us and place the order by telephone. If payment is not sufficient to cover shipping costs, the order may not be sent.

While we've made every effort to accurately price all merchandise on our site, all prices and shipping weights are subject to change.

 

Gift Cards

Physical Gift Cards, including promotional, ship separately from your order via USPS Standard Post. Any other items on your order will be shipped via the ship method that you select at checkout. USPS delivery time within the contiguous U.S. is 5-8 business days from the time your Gift Card is shipped. USPS delivery time to Alaska or Hawaii is 15-18 business days from the time your gift card is shipped. Physical Gift Card recipient address must be USPS-deliverable.
