I fermented at 55F for 2 weeks then raised the temperature to room temperature. I got good attenuation which is not always the case for extract. Good flavor and easy to use.March 13, 2014malt changeI have used Alexander pale malt extract for 20 years, but am about to try your Mallard pilsner for the first time.
