Dark Belgian Candi Syrup - 1lb.

Key ingredient for Red Irish Ale. Provided good color and taste. Would brew again next February.

Haven’t used it yet this time but I have in the past. Actually the last time I used it I added 8oz to a Scotch Ale & it gave the ale a very pleasant dark caramel and dark fruit taste. The fruit taste was not overwhelming and added to the complexity of the scotch ale. A very good product. Will be using in my Belgian dark strong soon!

This makes a great addition to dark belgian beers. Adds nice color while lightening the body. Easier to use than candi sugar since it dissolves more easily.
