I made this wine about 4 years ago and now I am making a new batch. We had friends round for drinks one evening and they were impressed rated it as a $45 - $50 wine. Easy to follow instructions and an easy make.
Great every time
Easy to make. Good bouquet. Smooth flavor.
Good kit. Brix was a bit on the low side. Not a big fan of the new “easier” fermentation steps. I think the secondary fermentation after racking works better. That being said the batch tastes great
Wife and friends absolutely loves this one.
