Master Vintner® Fresh Harvest® 3 Gal Fruit Wine Making Kit

Nice basic set with everything you need to get started. Everything was sufficient to start my first batch of wine, and it was a complete set that allowed me to know if wine making was a hobby I wanted to do. But since starting, I have replaced many of the parts with better or easier to use versions. Such as one piece air locks and auto siphon. All in all great starter set.

This kit got me off to a good start. I did need to order several other things to make grape wine from our vines. I like the 3 gal carbon, lighter to move. So I ordered 3 more, and some gal and 1/2 gal, and bottles and and.... one problem was finding the correct bung for the different size jugs. The universal don't work well, too slippery and don't seal. So I have a bunch that do not work. I wish the free shipping was real but not for what I order.

Had pretty much everything to get started other than fruit and water. Everything seems to be of good quality. The book was a lot of great information, but did not have great instructions for the first time wine maker. I am still in the fermentation stage of my first batch, but so far so good. My only complaint is that the bottle corker was not included in the order.

I think it would have been more helpful for me with a few more instructions and labels.
