Product Details

Meet the Raspberry Wheat: Mild, approachable, and fruity, we've found this to be a good "gateway beer" as well as a nice end to a warm summer evening or dense chocolate cake. Medium-bodied with the flavor profile of a Bavarian Hefeweizen, but laced with tart, fruity raspberry aroma and flavor. Natural raspberry extract added to taste at bottling lets you tone down the fruit or turn it way up, as you prefer.

Excellence in wheat

This is a solid summer beer. Brewed on the prescribed mash schedule. Fermented with WB-06 at 68° For 6 days and it was ready @ 5.6% ABV. Used 2/3 of the raspberry flavoring. I think it’s just right in flavor. My wife hates beer and she likes this one!

This is the fifth time I've made this and it is always consistently great. Everyone one in the family begs me to keep it stocked in the fridge.
