Used this yeast to make an apple/pear cider. Had a good dry but still fruity flavor.
always makes a good batch. I recommend it for most any kind of ale.
The beer is in bottles but not sampled yet. It looks nice and clear when held up to light. I’ve used this yeast in the past with good results. I like that it makes a pretty stable settled layer in bottle conditioned beer, and doesn’t suspend and make the beer cloudy when poured.
Used this dry yeast to brew the chocolate milk stout...was pretty great! Ordered the dry yeast for the summer months.
This is one of my favorite beers. I’ve brewed this a couple of times and it always comes out great.
