Product Details

Use Saaz Pellet Hops in your home brewed pilsners, lagers, wheat beers and Belgian style ales.
Available in small quantities. High ambient temperatures can have an adverse effect on yields.
Development: US equivalent of the longstanding Czech variety.

Usage: Aroma
Aroma: Very mild, spicy and earthy
Alpha Acids: 3.0 — 4.5%
Beta Acids: 3.0 — 4.5%
Co-Humulone: 24 — 28% of alpha acids
Total Oil: 0.5 — 1.0 mls/100g
Substitutions: Czech Saaz, Polish Lublin, Sterling
Typical Beer Styles: Pilsner, Lager, Wheat, Belgian-style Ales
