To me the best aspect isn't the luxurious head, it's the thickened body. I like to mash low and this helps restore the balance to offset the thinner beer.

Always add a lb to my batches
I love this malt. I have a 55 lb sack of it sitting in my brewhouse, and I use at least 1 lb of it in every batch I make where it can contribute to the body and head retention of the beer. It doesn't add any noticeable color to the beer that I've noticed and is just a great ingredient to have around to bulk up and improve your finished beer.
