There is also great debate about glass vs. plastic. Plastic is much lighter, doesn't shatter, and has a larger opening at the mouth. The major drawback of plastic is that it will scratch and score if you use a brush to clean it. Glass does not have this concern, but it is very heavy and prone to shattering. Both work well and, as far as your beer is concerned, there is no difference between them. For great options in both glass and plastic, check out our Big Mouth Bubbler®.
