DetailsThe exclusively designed cleaning pads are made of a 100% non-woven viscose material specially processed using air-spun technology. This makes the Carboy Cleaner cleaning pads super absorbent, lint free, strong, yet soft enough that it will not scratch any fine surface - including Better Bottles.
What makes these cleaning pads special, though, is on the inside! A high-strength yet flexible plastic insert helps the cleaning pad maintain rigidity during the high torque produced by a cordless drill and the super absorbent, expanding sponge at the end of the cleaning pad assists in the centrifugal cleaning force and cyclonic action of the Carboy Cleaner!
Only the highest quality Stainless Steel is used on the cleaning rod and all the attaching components to ensure many years of rust free use!

4.6 / 5.055 Reviewsglad I purchasedWish I had gotten this sooner. Much easier than using the carboy brush. gets off all the krausen build up.January 7, 2012A very useful tool!I was having trouble trying to use the standard brush which did not clean effectively, so I browsed the net and found the carboy cleaner. I'll tell you what if you want to get a good clean this is the best choice for that. I cleaned both empty carboys in a matter of minutes. Great product!!!!!! The only thing that I am not sure about is when it is put in it does not expand like it does in the demo's (you-tube and vimeo) and sometimes it is a pain to get out of the hole of the carboy, but other than that I will keep and use this every time I need to clean. BUY IT!!!!! It will be worth it.April 17, 2012Believe it! This actually works cleaned my carboys in one minutes time, maybe a couple of seconds over. My plastic carboy had grime that we had problems getting out without this tool, you know the old wired brushes. Just add the appropriate cleaner, I use PBW, attached h tool to your drill and within minutes it was cleaned. Again worth the buy if you are using carboys for fermenting.March 7, 2017Purchased

A little over priced, but definitely a good product.March 15, 2012greatgood product clever and easy to useJuly 16, 2012LOVE IT!This will eat the most stubborn krausen off of your carboys. Works fast and cleans up easy! Provides a quick clean when you need that fermenter for your next batch and can't wait for it to soak. The only problem is I forget to charge my drill lol._x000D__x000D_You won't regret ordering this. I've had mine since January and while the replacement pads are nice, my carboy cleaner is still like new after 10 months, and at least 10 brews.October 19, 2012quick easy clean upWell worth the cost. Carboy cleaning in less than a minute, and totally cleaned out. Had a carboy full of hops, solids, yeast, and it took it out immediately well worth the cost.November 27, 2012SPECTACULAR!It used to take forever to clean my carboys, bit with this I can clean them unbelievably quick! Stuck on gunk comes right off! Positively the best investment I've made for brewing setup.December 20, 2012Carboy Cleaner is Amazing!!!!!I would highly recommend the carboy cleaner to anyone that will be cleaning a carboy._x000D_Unlike the carboy brushes that I've tried to bend so that it cleans a larger area of the carboy at a time, and is just plain frustrating, the Carboy Cleaner not only saves time, but it actually cleans the entire carboy, do yourself a favor and get one of these Carboy Cleaners!December 29, 2012Excellent product!I have worn out three carboy brushes in the last two years, and was getting ready to order another one when I ran across an add for the Carboy Cleaner. The first time I used it I cleaned four carboys in less time than I used to spend cleaning one. You definitely want to use a variable speed drill and keep one hand controlling the neck and the stem.January 14, 2013

Browse 2 questions Browse 2 questions and 5 answersCan I get to the bottom of a 6 or 7 gallon glass carboy? In other words, how many inches long is the shaft of this?BEST ANSWER: This is about 2 feet long; plenty long enough to clean a 6 or 6.5 gallon glass carboy. -Mike W, Midwest SuppliesAre the blue cleaning pads replaceable?BEST ANSWER: I don’t think so. I looked at mine, and there is a lock nut attaching the bolt that holds them on. Even if you got them off, you’d have to replace the nut. There is a website on the package. carboycleaner dot com maybe they can tell you. Hope this helps.
