DetailsThe exclusively designed cleaning pads are made of a 100% non-woven viscose material specially processed using air-spun technology. This makes the Carboy Cleaner cleaning pads super absorbent, lint free, strong, yet soft enough that it will not scratch any fine surface - including Better Bottles.
What makes these cleaning pads special, though, is on the inside! A high-strength yet flexible plastic insert helps the cleaning pad maintain rigidity during the high torque produced by a cordless drill and the super absorbent, expanding sponge at the end of the cleaning pad assists in the centrifugal cleaning force and cyclonic action of the Carboy Cleaner!
Only the highest quality Stainless Steel is used on the cleaning rod and all the attaching components to ensure many years of rust free use!

4.6 / 5.055 ReviewsBelieve it! This actually works cleaned my carboys in one minutes time, maybe a couple of seconds over. My plastic carboy had grime that we had problems getting out without this tool, you know the old wired brushes. Just add the appropriate cleaner, I use PBW, attached h tool to your drill and within minutes it was cleaned. Again worth the buy if you are using carboys for fermenting.March 7, 2017Purchased

over 2 years agoCarboy CleanerIi make mead rather than beer (although that may change later this year. Works as slick and easily as advertised. I wish I had found this years ago!August 3, 2016Cleans old style s/s beer kegsVery good for cleaning old fashioned stainless steel beer kegs.August 2, 2016Ok productThis cleaner works good if you can keep the pads on separate sides, if not it can be difficult to control. I have had a hard time getting it out of the carboy because the pads get stuck in a half deployed position and wont release without a fight. Cleans good and easier than a brush.April 1, 2016WOW!!!This cleaning tool is worth its weight in gold. It was every bit as easy as depicted in the video clip. I would give it 6 stars if I could!February 7, 2015Amazing ProductI used this item for the 1st time and was amazed how easy it was to clean my carboy. I had it spotless in less than 5 minutes.April 20, 2014FastLove this washer! I only wish I bought it earlier! Way faster and more effective than a carboy brush. Very easy to use and gets the neck of the carboy much better than the wire carboy brush. I only give it 4 stars because it's a little expensive.March 3, 2014Necessary for Better BottlesBetter Bottles will get scratched by carboy brushes so the only way to really clean them out is with this cleaner. I fill up a gallon of PBW, shake it up, then spend a minute cleaning the inside. I can finish up a few carboys in 10 minutes.February 1, 2014It gets off the missed little spotsIts a good product and after cleaning the bottle with PBS then trying this, I still managed to get off some areas the PBW hadn't dissolved. Use a drill at low speed.January 1, 2014

Browse 2 questions Browse 2 questions and 5 answersAre the blue cleaning pads replaceable?BEST ANSWER: I don’t think so. I looked at mine, and there is a lock nut attaching the bolt that holds them on. Even if you got them off, you’d have to replace the nut. There is a website on the package. carboycleaner dot com maybe they can tell you. Hope this helps. Can I get to the bottom of a 6 or 7 gallon glass carboy?
