Great taste and ease to work with
Used this in a special brewing batch. Was great to work with and had great flavor in the finished product. I used two 6.0 lb syrups to equal about 1 pound of malt for my recipe. Worked out fine. Would recommend placing entire container in warm to hot water to liquefy and ease in getting it out of the container. I did that on the second run. Then just cut top off and used a spatula. Would recommend this product again.

How big of a batch does the 3.15 lb bottle make? I would assume 2.5 gallons.

BEST ANSWER: In a 2.5 gallon batch you would end up with a starting gravity of around 1.046 or you can add 2lbs of DME and have a full 5 gallon batch of session beer (1.041 or so)
